The booking is binding for both partners as soon as the guest has paid and the the hotel has sent confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter.
In booking and paying the confirmed charge the guest has approved these rules.
Unless different agreement has been made, the room is at the guest's disposal from 3 p.m. on the arrival day until 11 a.m. on the departure day. If needed, the period of use can be extended for an extra charge.
When booking, the guest must give the hotel the personal details of each guest, which danish public authorities acquire.
Danish guests have to state their full name, profession, address and telephone number. Foreign guests have to state their full name, date of birth, nationality, complete address, telephone number, number of passport or other travel document.
Upon arrival the guest must present personal identification and confirm the information with his signature.
The rules stated above are in accordance with Departmental Orders nos. 943 of 5 May 2005 and 958 of 21 September 2004.

Prises are all DKK.
Hotel booking is exempt from the general rule about the rights to withdraw from purchase by telephone or internet, but cancellation is possible according to the rules stated below.
The hotel charge is paid in advance in conjunction with the booking, by debit or credit card.
You may use one of the following debit or credit cards: Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, JCB og American Express.
Refund with a Cancellation
When cancelling less than 2 days before the arrival date no refund will be made.
Stays marked 'non-refundable'can not be canceled, but You may purchase a Cancellation insurance (see below).
If the guest does not show up the confirmed charge incl. VAT has to paid in full.
Option of Cancellation Insurance
When booking, the guest can buy the option for free cancellation until 6 p.m. on the arrival day.
The charge for this cancellation insurance is DKK 85,00 per room. Payment for this insurance cannot be refunded.
The hotel can cancel a reservation without notice in advance due to force majeure, strike or other circumstances out of control of the Hotel. Full refund will be made in this case.
Please present your name and reservation number upon arrival - it is printed on your e-mail confirmation for the reservation and payment.
By making a reservation and payment the guest accepts his responsibility for any defect or damage to the room, the building, furniture, equipment etc. incurred during his stay including any cost of extra cleaning.
The guest must report to the hotel administration as soon as possible any faults and defects occurred during his stay.
By his reservation and payment the guest authorises the the hotel to draw any costs mentioned above via the debit or credit card used with payment for the stay. An invoice will be sent after repair of the damages.
During the Stay
The number of persons staying in the room over night may not exceed the number stated when booking. If the guest wants extra persons to stay over night he must inform the hotel management and settle any extra charge. The reservation is strictly personal - in case of transfer without informing the hotel the reservation will automatically be cancelled without refund.
Smoking is not allowed indoors at the hotel. Smoking is allowed outside. We kindly ask our guests to respect to non-smoking tables in our terrace.
Guest that do not respect our smoking policy will get two warnings and then be asked to leave the premises. Smoking in the rooms will be charged DKK 1.500,- extra for extra cleaning including washing of curtains, bed covers, duvets as well as cleansing of upholstery fabrics and carpets.
Personal data will only be forwarded to public authorities and only in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The hotel takes reservation for any typing errors on its homepage.
In case of fault or unsatisfying conditions please inform the hotel management as soon as possible and we shall make every effort to solve the problem.
Board of Appeal
If agreement about a guest's complaints to the hotel cannot be reached the guest may complain to the Court of Appeal for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism, Slotsholmsgade, DK-1217 København K, phone +45 35 36 51 21. The Court of Appeal is a private court established by HORESTA and the Consumers' Court of Appeals.
