Conference rates 2009

DAY MEETING:

Morning buffet offering a selection of bread and a variety of tasty options; coffee / tea, ice water and a selection of fruit throughout the day; lunch and afternoon buffet offering a variety of sweet and healthy options.

EVENING MEETING:

Three-course dinner, ice water and selection of fruit in addition to coffee / tea and biscuits.

24-HOUR CONFERENCE:

Morning buffet offering a selection of bread and a variety of tasty options; coffee / tea, ice water and a selection of fruit throughout the conference, lunch, afternoon buffet offering a variety of sweet and healthy options, three-course dinner, evening coffee, overnight accommodation in single room, and breakfast.

All rates include ice water, selection of fruit, rent of facilities and standard AV equipment, as e.g. projectors, free wireless and cabled broadband, etc. Please see complete list of equipment on conference page.
